  • 1 teaspoon crumbled mint leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried mustard
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water

  • Season lamb chops with mint, mustard and pepper. Flour and brown in heavy skillet.
