Lococo’s has owned and operated this facility since 2012. This is where all our beef, chicken, pork, lamb, and veal are cut, trimmed, and then packaged for Lococo’s stores. Notably, all of Lococo’s pork and chicken is sourced from Ontario Farmers. Additionally, our very own recipes are used in the production of peameal bacon and sausages which are all made in-house, making them completely unique to Lococo's. Our beef comes directly from federally inspected processors and is aged beyond 21 days to ensure maximum tenderness as well as flavour. We keep our stores fully stocked with fresh deliveries which are done multiple times a day, 7 days a week. This is how we ensure that our product hits our shelves as fresh as possible.
